Why Rooted & Real Healing Exists

Rooted & Real Healing was created from lived experience — not theory.

I came to this work through my own journey with nervous system overwhelm, parenting stress, emotional patterns, and the realization that insight alone wasn’t enough. Hypnosis offered a way to access safety, clarity, and self-trust from the inside out.

This practice is an extension of that understanding — created for people who want support that feels honest, grounding, and real.
